EMMI Empire operates under a structured leadership and governance framework that ensures strategic direction, accountability, and effective program delivery across its international and local operations.

The organization is guided by a Board of Directors, which provides oversight, policy direction, and institutional governance, while day-to-day implementation is led by its executive leadership team

Founder / CEO

Dr Erise Mary Dinga

Dr. Erise Mary Mbunui Dinga is a multiple award-winning speaker on entrepreneurial leadership, author, philanthropist, and entrepreneur, widely recognized for her impactful youth advocacy and empowerment initiatives across Cameroon, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, and Benin.

A certified coach and mentor with the John Maxwell Team, she has played a key role in advancing leadership, empowerment, and social development initiatives that have impacted thousands of young people locally and internationally.

As Founder of EMMI Empire, she has led the development of programs focused on skills training, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment for youth and women, particularly underprivileged single mothers.

Driven by a strong commitment to inclusive development, she has initiated several impactful projects, including the establishment of Bajude Nursery and Primary School in 2016, providing access to education for children in underserved communities.

She also launched the EMMI Global Leadership Institute in 2021 to strengthen mentorship and leadership development among young people and emerging entrepreneurs.

Dr. Erise Mary holds a Doctorate in Christian Leadership and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and is currently advancing her studies in Nonprofit Management and Leadership Strategies at Harvard University.

As the custodian of the organization’s vision, she is responsible for driving its international implementation and overseeing operations in Cameroon, with strategic direction provided by the Board.
