Who we are
EMMI’s Empire Foundation Incorporation (EMMI EMPIRE) is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing inclusive and sustainable development.
The organization is legally registered in the United States and also operates through a recognized implementation entity in Cameroon, enabling effective coordination between global engagement and grassroots impact.

We design and implement programs that:

OUR APPROACH
Our work is guided by an integrated empowerment model designed to move beneficiaries from vulnerability to economic participation through structured progression:
Skills Development → Economic Participation → Social Inclusion → Institutional Sustainability.
Women & Youth Empowerment through Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), & Sustainable Community and Institutional Development.
Our Structure
The organization is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for strategic oversight, financial accountability, and policy direction.
Program implementation is carried out through the Cameroon-based entity, ensuring localized delivery aligned with global standards.
