Who are we ?

EMMI Empire is an international development organization committed to addressing structural barriers to employment, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion.

Established in 2019, the organization operates through a dual structure with international coordination and localized implementation, delivering programs that transform skills into livelihoods and ideas into sustainable enterprises.

Our Mission

EMMI Empire exists to equip young people—especially women and underserved youth—with practical skills, entrepreneurial capacity, and sustainable livelihood opportunities through vocational training, innovation, enterprise support, and community-focused initiatives.

Working in collaboration with public, private, and civil society partners, EMMI Empire develops systems that help transform learning into employability, ideas into viable enterprises, and community needs into sustainable solutions.

EMMI Empire collaborates with national institutions, including the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education, to deliver impactful programs that align with national development priorities and support youth empowerment initiatives.

Under the leadership of Dr. Erise Mary Mbunui Dinga, founder and CEO of Emmi Empire and Ambassador for Youth Connekt Cameroon, the organization has been instrumental in organizing initiatives that align with national youth development goals. Notably, the 2024 Emmi Global Business Summit and Awards, held in Yaoundé, brought together over 1,500 young entrepreneurs, policymakers, and international dignitaries to discuss and promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership among the youth.
