Emmi Empire is a muti-faceted organization which has found an impactful formula combining spiritual ministration, fellowship, entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. it creation in 2019 was propelled by realization that entrepreneurship development is an important requirement for building economic empowerment and resilience in youth on the African continent.
Our Mission
EMMI Empire exists to equip young people—especially women and underserved youth—with practical skills, entrepreneurial capacity, and sustainable livelihood opportunities through vocational training, innovation, enterprise support, and community-focused initiatives.
Working in collaboration with public, private, and civil society partners, EMMI Empire develops systems that help transform learning into employability, ideas into viable enterprises, and community needs into sustainable solutions.

Emmi Empire Partners with Minister of Civic Affairs to Empower Youth
Emmi Empire has solidified its commitment to youth empowerment in Cameroon through a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education. This collaboration, formalized via a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in August 2024, aims to enhance the capacities of young Cameroonians by providing them with essential skills, mentorship, and opportunities for sustainable development.
Under the leadership of Dr. Erise Mary Mbunui Dinga, founder and CEO of Emmi Empire and Ambassador for Youth Connekt Cameroon, the organization has been instrumental in organizing initiatives that align with national youth development goals. Notably, the 2024 Emmi Global Business Summit and Awards, held in Yaoundé, brought together over 1,500 young entrepreneurs, policymakers, and international dignitaries to discuss and promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership among the youth.
